【Cancellation Policy】

●For course and a la carte reservations for 1 to 5 people, cancellations must be made up to the day before the reservation date.For parties of 6-10 people, cancellations must be made up to 3 days before the reservation date.Cancellations for parties of 11 or more must be made one week prior to the reservation date, and if cancelled after this date a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen x number of people will be charged.

●If you cancel your course reservation on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you are 15 minutes late from the reservation time without permission, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.

If we determine that your behavior is malicious, we will charge a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person x the number of people.

●Cancellation of bouquets and cakes

Cancellations must be made one week prior to the reservation date and full fees for the bouquet and cake will be charged.
